Our Fees

As a general rule, legal fees are charged in accordance with the Attorney Tariff (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 2/15 with amendments and supplements), whereby the amount of the legal unit is set at EUR 0,60 + VAT, altogether EUR 0,732 EUR. The legal fee determines the pricing based on the unit of the service (according to the type of service and the value of the dispute, respectively), the final cost of legal fees, which usually depends on other components (scope/complexity of work, number of written applications/hearings in court etc.) is therefore difficult to predict. By regularly notifying our clients of costs incurred as well as the cost of an individual step to be taken, we ensure that no unpredictable surprises arise with the final cost.

In certain cases, especially in the case of a long-term cooperation with a regular client, alternative agreements are possible (e.g. hourly rates, monthly flat rate, success rate). We enable instalments for the socially weak.
