How We Operate

We invite you to briefly explain your issue the first time we come in contact over the phone or via e-mail. Based on the latter, we assess whether your issue is suitable for legal assistance and whether it covers a legal area where we can offer quality advice and/or representation. If these requirements are fulfilled, we then arrange a consultation.

Once the consultation has been arranged, it is advisable to have with you all documentation relating to your issue as a thorough familiarization with your situation is usually crucial in finding the best possible solution and offering appropriate counselling. You can expect to receive the answers to your questions once we meet (in a form of a legal opinion if so required), more precisely, we will agree on taking on your case and the steps to take, while explaining the procedures and acquainting you with estimated costs.

A consultation is charged. For natural persons the rate for a 45-minute consultation is EUR 73,20 (and EUR 24,40 for every additional 15 minutes). For legal and business entities the rate for a 60-minute consultation is EUR 183 (and EUR 91,50 for every additional 30 minutes). Should you decide to engage our services and settle the advance in accordance with the guidelines of our Office, the consultation is charged at a lower rate of EUR 30,50 for every 30 minutes initiated. The rates include VAT.
