In 2005, she graduated at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana and successfully passed the bar exam in 2009. She has been devoted to the legal profession ever since the beginning of her career in 2002 when she began working in one of the middle-sized law firms in Ljubljana. She stayed there for the next 10 years gaining in-depth knowledge and experience in several legal areas along with other necessary skills required to perform a solid, thorough and objective legal practice. On January 1st 2012, she fulfilled her lifelong aspiration and founded her own law office enriching and upgrading it with new colleagues, who brought in additional knowledge and experience.
Her focus areas are mostly civil, labour and commercial law. Being a fan of numbers and charts, she is also the one taking care of the area of enforcement at the Office. Additionally, she heads the team who manages business affairs of several multi-apartment building caretakers and is extremely effective in dealing with issues caretakers run into on a daily basis.
Romana is fluent in English, Croatian and Serbian.

Mateja Resnik Strozak holds a law degree from the Law Faculty in Maribor as well as Karl-Franzens Universität in Graz, Austria where she graduated with honours in 2003. During her studies, she worked at an international tax law company while being an active member of the Legal Clinic under the wings of the Faculty of Law in Maribor. After graduating, she worked as a legal assistant at the Ljubljana Higher Court, going on to become the Head of Legal Officers at the Ljubljana Local Court until she was finally tempted by attorneyship in 2009.
Mateja's focus lies in civil and criminal law.
As an attorney, she considers her calling to be the field of human rights law with the emphasis on minority rights, and has been an active participant in this legal area for over 15 years.
Mateja is also highly invested in the study of transactional analysis and INLPTA neuro-linguistic programming.
Mateja is fluent in English, German, Croatian and Serbian.
